Jack Ricchiuto / Scope of Services
Jack's work is about teaching groups to become smarter together through facilitation, workshops, and coaching. Jack brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this work, evidenced by the fast results that typically exceed expectations.
Facilitation
Jack designs and facilitates meetings and projects in a way that helps groups learn how to be smarter together. These include department and leadership team meetings, off-site retreats, strategic planning projects, civic engagement and community meetings, economic development cluster meetings and projects. The methodologies he uses includes: An Intentional Model of Community Building, A Small Group, Open Space Technology, Appreciative Inquiry, Agile Project Management, IdeaGardening, and World Cafe.
Workshops
Jack teaches groups approaches to becoming smarter together in half and multi-day workshops. This includes workshops on creating focus, dreaming, translating dreams into projects, building trust and cohesion, managing projects, decision making, moving from conflict to alignment, effective leadership, creating high levels of engagement, asset mapping, and developing the group's social network.
Coaching
Jack coaches group leaders one-on-one in effective ways of building high-trust and aligned teams, leading group meetings, engaging individual strengths, moving groups from leader-dependent to more self-organizing, inspiring the disengaged, moving people from conflict to collaboration, and creating authentic engagement in decision making and planning.
When groups become smarter together, people get more done together than they ever could alone. They act with more creative, connective, collaborative, and commitment intelligence together than they ever could alone. They are more agile and resilient together than they ever could be alone. Organizations and communities grow and thrive to the degree that their groups grow. Expert facilitation, workshops, and coaching accelerate a group's capacity for learning to become smarter together.
Many thanks for assisting us! Your perspective and direction were so helpful ... Your leadership in the conference was awesome ... You were a hit with the managers ... they overwhelmingly loved your instruction ... there was something in your delivery and style that people attached themselves to, and benefited from your presentation and words of wisdom. We need you to come back.
